1). It all begins with ESS LLC, which offers a free, no-obligation consultation to assess your needs. From there, ESS LLC expertly handles the comprehensive clean-out of the estate, meticulously removing unwanted items and decluttering the space.
 
2). Once the clean-out is complete, we will discuss our cleaning process, ensuring every corner of the estate sparkles. Our goal is to make the property truly "show ready" for the real estate market, enhancing its appeal to potential buyers.
 
Throughout this entire process, both ESS LLC prioritizes close communication with you and your Realtor. This collaborative approach is designed to relieve you of the stress often associated with preparing an estate, whether it's your own or a loved one's. You can rest assured knowing that every detail is being managed efficiently and professionally.
 
With Estate Sale Solutions, LLC one-stop-shop Services, you'll get  comprehensive solutions, all under one roof. From the initial consultation and clean-out to the clean and final staging for the market, our dedicated service ensures everything is handled with care and precision. ($1 represented only as space holder).  Cleaning Services needs and fee, will be determined. If deep cleaning is required, disclosures will be provided, along with deep cleaning services from ESS LLC.

  • Estate Cleaning Policy

    1. Purpose

    This policy outlines the standardized process for the seamless transition of an estate from the clean-out and hauling phase managed by Estate Sale Solutions LLC (ESS LLC) to the light cleaning a/k/a "Broom Swept" conducted by Estate Sale Solutions, LLC. It is our primary objective is to ensure efficiency, maintain high quality standards, and provide a stress-free experience for you (the client) and your Realtor by ensuring continuous, transparent communication and professional execution.

    2. Scope

    This policy applies to all estate preparation projects undertaken collaboratively by Estate Sale Solutions, LLC, completes the initial Estate Sale, and clean-out, and market preparation. This includes all personnel involved in project management, clean-out operations, and cleaning services from both organizations, as well as communication protocols involving the client and their designated Realtor.

    3. Handover Protocol: From Clean-Out to 'Broom Swept" Clean

    Upon the completion of the estate clean-out by ESS LLC, the following handover protocol shall be initiated:

    • 3.1. ESS LLC Completion Notification: ESS LLC shall formally notify the client (with a copy to the Realtor) that the clean-out phase is complete and the estate is ready for deep cleaning. This notification will include a formal introduction (verbal & via email), as a confirmation that all agreed-upon items have been removed, donated, or disposed of, and the property is clear of debris from the clean-out process, and ready for your final walk through.

    • 3.2. Initial Walk-Through (Optional but Recommended): A walk-through of the estate conducted by ESS LLC and and the client/Real Estate Agent/Proxy, to ensure mutual understanding of the property's condition post-clean-out and to discuss any specific areas requiring attention. This walk-through can be virtual or in-person as deemed necessary.  

    • This is the point were ESS LLC will continue with a Comprehensive Consultation & walkthrough, to assess the needs of the estate.

    • 3.3. Schedule Comprehensive Consultation & Walkthrough Confirmation: ESS LLC will confirm the scheduled start date for the "Broom Swept" cleaning phase, taking into account client and Realtor timelines.

    4. ESS LLC Professional 'Broom Swept' Cleaning and "Show Ready" Preparation

    Once ESS LLC takes the reins, our team will execute the cleaning process focused on making the property broom "swept".

    If deep cleaning is required, disclosures will be provided, along with additional cleaning services from ESS LLC, and/or one of its Partner cleaners.
