Our Estate Sale Clean Out Service is designed to lift that burden, providing a smooth and effortless transition. We'll handle the clearing of all remaining items, ensuring the property is ready for its next chapter.

 

This valuable service is a straightforward part of our negotiation and procurement process. If you choose to include a Clean Out, it's offered at a transparent rate of $100 per hour, separate from the Commission. For your convenience, Hauling and Clean Out services can often be bundled or selected individually to best suit your needs. Should you prefer, Estate Sale Solutions LLC can also coordinate Clean Up Services through our trusted partners. Let us help you achieve complete peace of mind.

  • Clean Out Policy

    An Estate Sale Clean Out is the process of removing all unsold items and designated debris from the contracted premises, after the Estate Sale has officially ended. If opt-in, the Service fee of $100 per hour can be contracted with/without Hauling Service.

    This Service aims to leave the premises in a "broom-swept" condition or as otherwise agreed.  Your Estate will be ready for its next chapter, (and for your Selling Agent to start their process).  If not selected, Clean Out will not occur.

    Typical Clean Out activities include:

    • Removal of Unsold Merchandise: All items that were part of the sale but did not sell will be gathered and removed, donated, Hauled to County Service dump (discussed).
    • Safety is the primary goal, and will be upheld per Contract.
