At Estate Sale Solutions LLC, we understand that managing unsold items and the general clean-out after an estate sale can be one of the most challenging aspects for our clients. That's why we offer a reliable Hauling Service designed to provide a seamless and stress-free solution for the removal of remaining items.  Our Hauling Service is optional at $100 per hour, plus the cost of a U-Haul and Local County Service Area Dumping.  Clients can opt in/out of this Service.
 
Purpose of Our Hauling Service:
Our hauling service is specifically designed to manage items that remain after the conclusion of your estate sale, encompassing:
Unsold Items: Goods that did not sell during the estate sale, and are not designated for client retention or donation.
Estate Leftovers: General household items, debris, or unwanted articles that were not part of the sale inventory but need to be removed from the property.
Trash & Junk: Large, bulky items, broken furniture, construction debris (if applicable and pre-arranged), or general accumulated junk that requires disposal.
How Our Hauling Service Works:
Post-Sale Assessment: Following the estate sale, our team will conduct a thorough review of all remaining items within the property.
Client Consultation & Categorization: We will consult with you to clearly identify items for:
Retention: Items you wish to keep.
Donation: Items suitable for charitable donation (we will coordinate drop-off or pickup by a charity, providing receipts where available).
Hauling/Disposal: Items that are unsalable, unwanted, or simply trash, requiring removal from the property.
Quotation for Hauling: Based on the volume, type, and weight of the items identified for hauling, we will provide you with a transparent and competitive quote. This quote is typically separate from the estate sale commission, as it covers the physical labor, transportation, and disposal fees.
Professional Removal: Once the quote is approved, our experienced and efficient team will carefully and responsibly remove all agreed-upon items from the property. We ensure proper care is taken to avoid damage to your home during the removal process.
Responsible Disposal: We prioritize environmentally responsible disposal methods. Items will be taken to appropriate waste management facilities, recycling centers, or donation points as determined by their nature. We comply with all local regulations for waste disposal.
Property Tidy-Up: After all items have been hauled away, we perform a light cleanup of the areas where items were removed, ensuring the property is left in a neat and orderly condition. (Note: This is a general tidying, not a deep cleaning service).
