Our Clean Out & Cleanup service is designed to alleviate this burden entirely, ensuring the property is left tidy, organized, and ready for its next chapter, providing you with true peace of mind. Clean Out & Cleanup Service is $100 per hour. Clients can opt in/out of this Service.
Our Clean Out & Cleanup service is designed to be the final, crucial step in our comprehensive estate sale process. We aim to leave your property in a state of readiness, minimizing your post-sale workload and allowing you to move forward with peace of mind. 1. Management of Unsold Items:
Our primary goal is to sell as much as possible during the estate sale. However, should items remain, we offer a structured approach to manage them effectively:
- Client Consultation: We will discuss the remaining items with you to determine your preferred course of action.
- Donation Coordination:
- For items that are suitable for donation, we will coordinate with reputable local charities (e.g., Goodwill, Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity ReStore, local shelters).
- We will ensure items are properly sorted and bagged/boxed for pickup by the chosen charity.
- We will provide you with a donation receipt for your tax records whenever possible, issued directly by the charity.
- Consignment Recommendations: For select high-value items that did not sell and meet specific criteria, we may offer recommendations for consignment with specialized dealers or online platforms, if it aligns with your goals and the item's potential. (This would be a separate service or referral).
- Disposal & Haul-Away Coordination:
- For items that are unsalable, damaged beyond repair, or deemed suitable only for disposal, we will coordinate their responsible removal.
- This includes arranging for junk removal services for large, bulky items or general trash disposal.
- Please Note: While we coordinate and oversee the haul-away, the cost of junk removal or professional disposal services is typically the client's responsibility. We will provide estimates and coordinate with reputable third-party providers.

Our comprehensive post-sale service ensures a seamless transition, allowing you to focus on what matters most. Here's a detailed breakdown of our Clean Out & Cleanup process:
General Cleanup of the Property:
Once all salable and unsalable items have been addressed, our team will perform a general cleanup of the sale areas:
- Debris Removal: All remaining sale-related debris, such as empty boxes, packing materials, leftover signage, and general trash generated during the sale and clean-out, will be removed from the premises.
- Light Sweeping/Vacuuming: Floors in the sale areas will be lightly swept or vacuumed to remove major dirt and dust.Surface Wiping: Tables and display surfaces used during the sale will be wiped down.
- Organization: The property will be left in a tidy and orderly broom swept, removing the visual evidence of a recent sale (optional).
- Furniture that was moved for display will be generally returned to its original placement or arranged for a clear pathway.
What Our Clean Out & Cleanup Service Does NOT Include:
- Deep Cleaning: Our service does not include professional deep cleaning (e.g., carpet shampooing, window washing, wall cleaning, bathroom/kitchen sanitation).
- These services are avaliable, but optional, and require specialized cleaners, which we have a valued Partner, who can handle the cleaning and preparation for Client Home Sale.
